Normally never leave comments but this one had to be done, firstly prices arent cheap anymore and when they add 2 hash browns that I didn’t ask for at a cost of £3.18 for 2 yes 2?? I only got one in the bag so drove round and asked for the other and what I was giving put me off my whole order..pics added.. there’s grease and there’s grease🤢 not the mention the looks I got for even asking was mental.

Couple of mcmuffins ordered for delivery for a quick breakfast at work and the abortionate mess that arrived I wouldn't even feed to a dog. Stevie Wonder must have packed the order then decided to play football with it. Nothing was wrapped the food was all over the bag the wrapper for the muffins was included.... Balled up in the bag on top of the drop kicked food by the time it arrived it would be easy to confuse the smashed up greasy mess with something that fell out of the back of an elephant after a laxative overdose.

Ordered a medium mccrispy meal and very disappointed. Normally it's fine but the mccrispy was seriously undercooked, chicken tasted rubbery so I spat it out and lo and behold, the chicken was pink 🤢. Took the burger and receipt to the counter and they offered me an alternative so got a double cheese burger which was ok. Just glad I noticed the mccrispy wasn't right or it would have been a bad night with a serious dose of the Eartha Kitts!

Whats ment to be fast food was slow. Ordered on app from arrive at speaker on drive though to actually getting the right order was 25 mins and there was only one car infront drive though was quite. Was brought wrong food to bay one checked order and was wrong the guy the brought it out didnt get far and i did have to say excuse me many time and still not to be heard. As he was talking to another staff member. Therefore went in and stood at collection brench and still said exuce me and still didn’t answer me other members of staff seen me but never came to ask was i ok. Again said excuse me an
