Have always been put off ordering due to the bad reviews but this place is completely underrated by far the nicest pizzas I’ve had I don’t understand why the reviews are soo bad and the deep pan pizza is next level would definitely recommend.

I wish there could be an option for a rate of 0. I don’t even know where to start with how badly this place has treated me over the last two days. I ordered pizza through their app at midnight two nights ago. Hungry, waiting, I sat there for over an hour. Nothing. No pizza, no call, no message, nothing. Decided to go to pizza hut, as it being the only one left in Northern Ireland, Belfast. Previously read some of the reviews, and kind of decided to try for myself. Big misfortune, as really disappointed. The service was good, and friendly, but that's were it stopped. As had ordered 2 large deep pan pizzas, one which was pepperoni, the other tuna with a barbecue base sauce. I ordered 3 pizzas one 10”garlic,one 12” with 2 toppings and a 12 with 3 toppings and 4 cookies.Toppings were wrong and the 12” pizzas are only 10 1/2”. I got 4 ice creams i didn’t order and felt sorry for driver and gave him £5 tip on top of the £55 they charged me and they only accepted cash. I phoned back 3 times and have still not resolved this matter. I told them to just give me £20 back.This was Just on Saturday but it looks like I’ll hav to speak to headquarters because how many times a week is this done???? I’m not dropping it.
