With the weather getting warmer, we’ve started exploring new restaurants in Leeds. Today, it was Deliziosa. We visited for the first time last night, with a table booked for 7 pm. The restaurant has two floors. We were warmly welcomed and shown to the second floor. I noticed that the ground floor had more elderly guests — a big plus, as it means they don’t have to deal with the stairs. There were three of us. Changing this to 5 stars! The owner actually took the time to look into what happened and gave a really sincere apology, explaining it was a new staff member in training. I love seeing a business actually take feedback on board instead of just making excuses. The food and vibes were already great anyway, so we’ll definitely be back to give them another proper try.
