Had my daughter’s christening after party here. Buffet was amazing, staff were great and the entertainment was brilliant. They even went out their way to decorate the whole pub just for us. Will definitely use again for any future party’s.

Been here a few times in the last 40 years. Had a major revamp about 5- 6 years ago. It needed it. Jorvic tells me it used to have very loud live music rock nights. They always have a lovely floral basket display to the front. Inside there is a bar area with two further rooms to left and right as you enter. Good sized rear beer garden. I have had good food here. On this visit I just had a pint of Robinson's Unicorn. Very good. Well worth a visit says Jorvic.

What a little GEM… beautiful place to eat, ambience is warm and friendly, with a hint of Ireland. The food was amazing, hot as you would expect. My food choice was ‘Chicken & Stuffing baguette, with gravy, onion chutney and skin on fries’…. Perfect!
