After really bad service from another member of staff, who told me to wait a while before serving me, and wouldn’t share his name and then told a just eat driver to leave and not come back and didn’t give him his order! - I would of given zero stars if I could for him, I think the area manger should come and do a mystery shop on this site in the heart of Chelmsford and they will be very surprised on some of their staffs behaviour. Kahir the chef was brilliant, he come to the front and took my order with a smile and a polite manner and was extremely friendly.

Had a really good experience at GDK. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavour. Especially for fast food, it didn’t feel greasy or heavy at all, just really tasty and satisfying. The service made it even better. The guy who served me ( his name was Kahir) was super friendly and welcoming. He had a smile on his face the whole time and gave genuinely great customer service, which you don’t always get these days. It really made a difference. Definitely coming back. Great food and great service all around.

Was in the area and wanted to try the local branch of GDK. Upon entry service wasn't great no greeting just ignored at the counter. Food was ok , wasn't as hot as I was expecting, chips cold and the dessert which was supposed to be chocolate doughnuts I found some that were jam instead and frozen inside. Always found the kebabs alright but the desserts have always been a let down. A other branch to avoid.

Amazing experience at GDK Chelmsford! Big shoutout to Almas and Nabil who were brilliant, friendly, welcoming and made the whole visit so much better. The doner was absolutely delicious, fresh ingredients and the sauces were on point. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
