taher ezzy★While the food here is undoubtedly good, the service we received was incredibly disappointing. The staff member taking our order was exceptionally rude, specifically questioning and challenging our order size. We were a party of two adults and four children, and we ordered four sandwiches and four juices—which was perfectly sufficient for our needs, with the intention of ordering more later if necessary. Being pressured and confronted to order more was highly unprofessional and completely ruined our dining experience. Lemonade juice - says fresh on the menu, however it tasted full of syrup. St
Rosalba Colella★★★★★Absolutely fantastic Lebanese restaurant! The food was incredibly fresh and full of authentic flavors. We tried several dishes and every plate was perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. The grilled dishes were especially delicious — tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. Generous portions, great quality ingredients, and a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!
Ahmed R. Al-Absi★★★★Al Arz chicken shawarma always delivers and never fails to hit the spot—it was an absolute joy to have it again. Even though this wasn’t the Brompton Road branch, which I’ve been a loyal customer of since 2010, the food quality was still excellent and just as satisfying. The only downside was the service; the staff member I dealt with seemed a bit furious and not very welcoming. That said, the food more than made up for it. Still one of my go-to spots for chicken shawarma.
What you need to know!★★★Overall: A respectable three stars for this Lebanese restaurant which is far better than its more well known rival Maroush. The food was decent and the portion sizes good but the details let it down - rushed service, plastic cup instead of glass for water, tight spaces for seating despite their refurbishment. I’d definitely go back and hopefully will be able to give them an uplift on the rating. Food: Lebanese What I liked: • Good portion sizes • Nice French fries What I didn’t like: • Very rushed service • plastic cup for water whilst dining in! Do I recommend going? YES Will I go agai
