I had a really lovely experience at Costa Coffee on Cheltenham High Street. Isobel was absolutely incredible — even while she was busy making drinks and working incredibly hard, she still took the time to help me and my partner. Not only was the service efficient, but she was genuinely kind and had a great chat with us, which really made the visit special. It’s rare to feel so welcomed when a place is busy, but Isobel handled everything with a smile and such a positive attitude. Thank you for the nice experience, Isobel, and for making my day a bit brighter. We’ll definitely be back!
