One of the best places to get food in Cheltenham. Atmosphere is always great and the service is always incredible. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, even remembering me as a customer after I came down with my long distance girlfriend a few weeks ago. Been a customer for years at YO now occasionally popping in for food every few months or so, but always would highly and happily recommend. There’s always something on the menu to enjoy, even if they do get changed around a bit. A bit on the pricey side but I would still always recommend to treat yourself. We had a lovely first experience on Saturday. We were instantly greeted by a friendly face upon entry. A lovely girl came and sat us on table 10 and walked us through how everything operates. She was super helpful in our understanding of the place. We had regular check backs from staff, they were all lovely. We each had maybe 4 to 5 plates each. All were plated nicely and there was a decent variety on the belt. We ordered some Gyozas which arrived hot and tasted great! Ordering through the QR code was simple and easy. And it automatically adds the hot food to the bill. I highly recommend eat
