First time we ordered a surf & turf menu it was great the portion was fair for what we paid and the next time we ordered the same item on the menu the portion was not that good and we paid 26 pounds for that order “surf and turf”. They may think it was our first time eating in there place. The last time we went in there place was Dec.28, Sunday. (first/second photo was the previous date and the third/fourth photo is the recent one.)

My wife and I were celebrating our birthdays with family. When we arrived the manager said their alcohol licence had expired, but this did not bother us as my son went to Tesco instead, no problem. The waiting staff were great, very friendly. The menu was very varied so everyone could find something they liked. The food was piping hot and tasty. The staff got everyone to sing Happy Birthday and took photos and we all had a great laugh. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We went to sambuca, got potato skins and soup for our starters, the bread was stale but apart from that they were fine. For our mains we got steak and a calzone, the inside the steak was fatty and stringy which was disgusting, when we cut into the calzone it was like water. The chips and drinks were fine. The staff were friendly however the food was a complete let down. All together we spent just under £50 for two of us.

Hidden gem of a restaurant, fantastic menu and great prices , would recommend the crispy pork belly with black pudding . The staff we friendly and helpful .
