A quintessentially quaint cafe spot! It’s got the novelty of its location and viewpoint which is second to none. Its decor is playful, the staff are lovely, and overall it’s just a wonderful find. Every detail feels intentional and cosy. There isn’t too much when it comes to savoury food, but for a brew and a snack - it’s ideal. Get a seat inside if you have the time.

We came across Huxley's by chance and what a find! 😊 Lovely welcome from staff and fabulous cakes. It was difficult to choose. We opted for coffee and walnut, and lemon and blueberry with a coffee and homemade lemonade (drinks were also spot on) wish we'd been on the city as we'd definitely call in again. Lovely atmosphere too.

Absolutely charming cafe right on the Chester Walls at the clock!! Gorgeous little dining area inside or tables available outside on the walkway. Staff were so friendly & welcoming. I had a delicious chocolate milkshake and a slice of the BEST carrot cake I’ve ever had.
