Visited Marks & Spencer Chester today to return a bra and some underwear that didn't fit. A normal return, or so I thought. What followed can only be described as a surprisingly intense investigation into the whereabouts of a missing bra hanger. The lady on the till, Pamela, repeatedly asked whether I had returned the hanger and whether the bra had definitely come with one. I honestly couldn’t remember, but the questioning continued with such determination that I began feeling oddly uncomfortable and embarrassed. Very helpful staff, my husband collapsed and cut his head . The amount of attention and help and support the staff gave us was unbelievable. Lovely store , always shop there, and never any complaints . Karen giving the First Aid was very supportive also the manager Eleanor and numerous staff too many too mention. Very accommodating staff, especially the lady in the changing rooms! They even swapped a coat that was too big for me without a single question asked! (Literally). Very cheap mens suits too! Although there wasn’t quite the selection I’d hoped for. The complimentary champagne was also a real treat. Thank you!
