The Fat Fig provided good hosting and excellent cocktail making. The server mentioned it was among the first times she had made an espresso martini, which came as a complete surprise. The Frangelico was a delicious touch too. The restaurant was accommodating when I asked about vegan options, and the owner came to the table to talk through what could be made off-menu. 🍸 I had the risotto which was great, and the portion size was generous. The lamb shanks were described as delicious. The Fig is a new restaurant with a trendy feel, and I hope that it is around for a long time to come. 🥘 5/5

Been here twice, such a lovely place! The menu offers a variety of options and the food is delicious. The service has been amazing both times, the recent time we went they told us they were just about to close but managed to fit us in, which we really appreciated, the staff make you feel so welcome. The atmosphere is very calming and it is a very nice place to go whether it’s just a quick bite to eat or a longer sit down meal. This is definitely becoming a regular place for us to visit!

We had an excellent dinner at the Fat Fig for my husband’s birthday last night. The food was great and we enjoyed every course. My sirloin steak was so good. This is a great restaurant for people who like lovely food in a very pretty restaurant. The service was excellent. We will be back very soon!

We were on a spontansous shopping and drinking trip around Chichester. Having had a few drinks, we thought we'd go to Zizzis for dinner. However there was a massive queue. We eventually got a table but I didn't feel comfortable with the service and how busy it was so we upped and left. We walked into The Fat Fig next door. What a contrast! Lovely service. Peaceful atmosphere. Delicious freshly cooked food. Things happen for reason and The Fat Fig felt so much more special than Zizzis ....for approx the same price!
