Had a lovely dinner at Pasta Evangelists tonight. The pasta was fresh, rich, and full of flavour — especially the carbonara and the beef ragù dishes, which tasted authentic and perfectly cooked. The Aperol spritzes were also a great touch and paired really well with the meal. A special shoutout to Davide, who gave us such warm and attentive service throughout the evening. Friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel welcoming from start to finish. Great atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service — would definitely come back again.

It was nice and quiet when I went which meant that my food arrived quickly. The service was initially quite good but dropped off a bit after I finished my appetiser wherein no one removed my main course when they brought my dessert. It wasn't a huge issue because there was enough space but it made enjoying my dessert a bit more tough with a dirty plate beside it. Overall, I'd go back. I'm not sure how the pricing compares to what I'm used to since I'm from Toronto, Canada, but compared to there it was expensive.

The food was really delicious very fresh and full of great flavor. The only thing I can say is that I ordered a salad with mozzarella di bufala and cherry tomatoes, and usually the version I know comes with rocket, but it didn’t have any. On top of that, the salad didn’t have a nice presentation either, it was basically just some cheese and tomatoes thrown onto a plate, you know? I didn’t really like that. Also, I would have preferred the staff to be a bit more friendly. But overall, it was good. The atmosphere was cool too, the lighting was nice. Overall, it’s good.
