Hard working and friendly staff at this wonderfully located Nero in the pedestrian square just off Christchurch High Street. Tables outside are a haven away from the traffic and a great suntrap. Room upstairs when busy and clean loo.

Was shocked by the attitude of the staff at lunchtime. The customer in front of me ordered two drinks one with soya and the staff could not remember which had suits in it and thought it was funny suggesting the customer do a taste test! I'm addition the two staff were chatting away, service was slow and there were dirty tables everywhere.

The wife and i enjoyed some shade and a iced frappe here along with a couple of hot food items, we had to ask for additional ice due to the temperature warming up the drinks fairly quickly. The Music was quite irritating and the toilet upstairs didn't have a toilet seat fitted so this was very unpleasant and considering the sign off sheet was signed for that day saying that the toilets are in good condition which they clearly weren't 👏 🙄. Cant imagine the disabled toilet was too nice either as EVERYONE was using it Not Good for those that aren't able to traverse th stairs. Doubt ill be retur
