Went in and all the available tables hadn't been cleared for what looked like ages. A lady member of staff then cleared them all but put all the trays (9 of them) onto the counter so the man making the drinks had nowhere to put them. Finally got to order our drinks only to be told that they only have takeaway cups as they haven't done the washing up (pointing to the trays) "You can have cups but you will have to wait" said the male member of staff. We decided not to and left

Always good shops to go in. Relaxed and pleasant. Staff polite and friendly. Clean and tidy. Toilets clean and easy accessible. All on level. Limited choices of food, but it is Costa, all their shops offer the same range

I didn't eat here however Costa food is Costa food. It was me and my partners first tike in the Christchurch branch....it was really slow but that wasn't due to the staff. Christchurch is a laid back slow community and the staff deal with this brilliantly even when there is a line. The toilets and place were clean and the staff were friendly. Nice ample seating inside and out and dogs are allowed too 🐕we enjoyed a Christmas coffee which was yummy and the people around the area make it nice
