Got an espresso, admittedly it’s always weird getting it in a large-ish takeaway cup but it was very good. Pulled with a naked portafilter, so I could see the shot as it came out. The ordering window is a little peculiar, but fine. I appreciate the no-laptop rule so I could’ve sat down if I’d wanted to!

I’ve gatekeeped this place for far too long but after 5 years of going to Story almost EVERY DAY, I’m writing a review. I can’t hold it in any more…this is the best coffee shop in London, bar none. It’s way more than just a place to get coffee, Sof and the team have become a key part of our local community. Guga and Anita are the star baristas ❤️ Wine nights are also great fun, great value and take place in a beautiful setting.
