Absolutely brilliant experience at Black Rooster Coatbridge. The customer service was genuinely amazing, with a special shout-out to Shay and Lauchlin who went above and beyond from start to finish. They were friendly, patient, and handled my awkward order like absolute pros – nothing seemed like a hassle and everything was sorted with a smile. The food was spot on as well, fresh and full of flavour, which just topped off the whole experience. You can tell they really care about customers and take pride in what they do. Went in at 12:15 and orders a simple kids meal which consisted of popcorn chicken n chips waiting for them to bring to the table and had to end up going up to ask them to put it in a bag for takeaway as didn't receive food until 1:05 and it was cold.
