A good, friendly restaurant. Food was above average - could almost be part of a chain. Friendly enough staff, quick enough service, clean enough premises, just lacked that special oomph in the night we attended and given the size of the place was quite impersonal. Good food at a fair price. The pizza was fantastic but we were slightly disappointed with the lasagne (it was very tasty but too runny). The service was good but could have been better as we had to wait for some more drinks when we ran out during the meal. Overall it was good and will definitely return.

Great service and set menu is great value for money. Staff very accommodating allowed us to move our booking forward 45 minutes because we ended up arriving early. Portions great size. Highly recommend the honeycomb sunday as a dessert.
