I couldn't fault this hotel, the staff are all so friendly and nothing is too much bother for them. Food is lovely we have been coming here for 4 years and never had a bad meal. They are revamping the rooms which are beautiful and beds so comfortable. For being situated near the round about you dont hear the traffic too much which is also an added bonus. The hotel should be higher than a 3 star, as you receive 5 star treatment.

Four of us visited regularly for tea and scones until we were told we had to pay for extra hot water. We went there today only because we were short of time, we had intended not to go back again. When I asked Linda (who incidentally is very nice) if she could fill up the one teapot of tea with extra hot water, in case the tea was too strong, she told that that was more than three cups of tea??? The tea was not hot and we paid almost £26 for 3 teas, one coke and four scones. How can a hotel be rhis stingy?!! It's hardly cheap and they want to charge for hot water??? Unbelievable!
