I have to say, I haven’t enjoyed fish and chips of this quality in quite some time. The fish was cooked to perfection and the chips were just the right level of crispy 😋. The staff were absolutely lovely—kind, polite and very welcoming. I especially thought it was a sweet touch that they gave my nephew some sweets and treats for kids, which had him leaving with a big smile. I always make a point of checking hygiene ratings and it was great to see this place has a 5-star hygiene rating

Been before and it's usually been alright, though nothing special. Not sure if the rave reviews for it have been to a chippy before. Last time I got served cold chips at lunch time though by miserable staff that looked like they couldn't be arsed. If you ask for chips and cheese be aware that the cheese is the absolute cheapest catering stuff that tastes more like margarine than cheese. Given it 2 stars because it's usually been alright if nothing special. Expensive for what it is though.

How bad can a chip shop with a 4.4 rating be so awful? Go in on a Friday tea time. Plenty of staff 1 cooking, 1 taking a telephone order, 1 serving and 2 watching like outcasts at a wedding. So after getting a portion of fish and chips wrapped nicely and handed over with a smile i returned home to partake of my chippy tea, well that's what I was expecting. Firstly the fish was tiny almost as though it was from the smaller value meal but i was charged £7.50ish for this meal. Just take a look at the attached picture, the fish had an odd taste to it aswell and the chips were mainly little scragg

The lady here is lovely. BUT the young guy is just soooooo miserable. That busy being grumpy and not listening got my order completely wrong and I only ordered 3 items. Turns out I'd been charged for 4 items and so the nice bubbly lady refunded me the £3.30 overcharge !!! Happy just grunted as I left ..... LOL 😂
