just ordered online then went to collect, simple ordering and our food was correct when i picked it up. lovely doner kebab and chicken shish kebab, large portions, very fresh salad, well cooked tasty meat. chips were nice and crispy. the place was clean. we'll definately order again soon.

Very disappointing experience at Portchester Kebab. I ordered through the mobile app and it clearly said 10 minutes. I arrived after 15 minutes, and instead of my order being ready, I was told to wait another 15 minutes. This is completely unacceptable and a waste of customers’ time. If you cannot prepare orders on time, do not provide incorrect collection times. Customers rely on the information you give. I will be leaving this review publicly and reporting this poor service. Very unprofessional.

Ordered online and got the confirmation. Waited 2 hours for the food, and when I called them they said it was cancelled because they couldn’t deliver. Attempted 4 times by calling them after a few days, then it became months and every time I was pied off and would not refund me the amount I paid.
