The highlights for me were the Soy Salmon Gravlax and the Tuna Crunch — both bursting with umami and full of flavour. The California Roll and Crispy Prawn Roll were also incredible, especially with the truffle touches which added something really special. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted fresh and high quality. A real gem in Coulsdon and easily the best Japanese meals I’ve had locally. We’ll definitely be back!
