Management should be sacked for letting this store go to ruin. Skeleton staff on a Saturday afternoon to maximise profits while no tills open, no baskets being refilled, staff run off their feet stressed. It made this the most stressful supermarket shopping experience I’ve ever had. This specific store used to be my favourite too, someone should be held accountable, and not the floor staff who are trying their hardest.

Dirty, half empty selves, no paper bags to put loose fruit in, fresh produce already going off on the shelves, no staff at the checkout, and I can't even begin to say how awful the ladies toilet was. I hadn't been to this store for a while. I was passing so decided to shop there for a change. It used to be a lovely shop. After yesterday evening's experience I won't be shopping here again.

I am extremely disappointed and upset by my experience at the Sainsbury’s petrol station. During my visit, I was treated in a disrespectful and discriminatory way by members of staff. I have a disability that affects my hearing. When I approached the counter, the staff member asked me if I had a Nectar card, but I did not hear her clearly. Instead of repeating the question politely or showing understanding, the staff members began mocking me and laughing. They then spoke to me in a patronising manner, treating me like a toddler, which made the situation even more humiliating. This behaviour

I wouldn't bother with this mess unless empty shelves are your thing. When they do actually stock anything, the prices speak volumes about Sainsbury's dedication to ripping people off.
