Went in excited to try the new cookie crumble frappachino but it wasn’t on the menu. Kei or ki not sure how it’s spelt but she’s a superstar as she offered to make it for us anyway by making the classic mocha frappe and adding the cookies and cream to it and topped it off with cream and a crumble topping and it was AMAZING! Thankyou for going above and beyond. That’s what you call 5* customer service. Will be ordering that again 😍
