This used to be my favourite go-to after work. Just to think, I would order fries and a drink as I'm not really hungry at midnight for a proper meal. It was always prepared well and hot. Now, you look on the app barely any of the best drinks are available, namely milkshake and frappès. This isn't a one off, every time I look they never have it in stock. I overheard arguing by the shift manager or supervisor, while waiting for my big tasty meal after the staff were not doing their job properly. Absolutely awful experience — the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Waited over 20 minutes for a very simple order: 1 Happy Meal, 2 plain burgers, 2 juices and 2 fries. When the food finally arrived it was cold. Staff seemed to prioritise Just Eat / Uber Eats orders while customers in the restaurant were left waiting. Really disappointing, especially as I’ve travelled all the way from Scotland to visit family. Not good enough at all.

It was such a treat to go to a McDonald's that has Civilzed Employees unlike the on in KINGSTON PARK where everyone just doesn't care about anything and anyone . This McDonald's was clean and the Employees were very helpful and understanding as well as friendly . I actually received my entire order of food and beverages . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED LOCATION

Absolutely disgraceful - no milkshakes! No macflurrys! And £2.09 for a bottle of water! Get your act together… and the assistant over the tannoy wasn’t apologetic! Crap service
