This is honestly one of my favourite local cafés. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and the owners and staff are incredibly kind and friendly. The food and cakes are absolutely fantastic — and even more special knowing they are homemade by the owner and the team. You can really feel the care and quality in everything. The chef is a true professional, and it really shows in every dish. And the coffee is truly outstanding — easily one of the best around and not comparable to anywhere else. What a lovely little cafe!! My fiancé and I were looking for a nice little tea room/cafe to visit and happened upon ‘The Bumblebee Cafe’ on Google, we liked the names and saw it already had good reviews so thought we’d try it out. We definitely made the right choice! Lovely vibe coming into the cafe, friendly staff and amazing food. I had the sandwich of the week - chicken schnitzel, my goodness it was wonderful! It was huge and filling and tasted incredible. Naturally had to have some cake afterwards, we couldn’t decide between the Victoria sponge with fresh cream, the millionaires shortbread

We loved the deluxe afternoon tea! There was more food than we were expecting and we couldn't finish it all! But all the food was delicious especially the deconstructed cheesecake, and they had plenty of tea choices! The staff were also lovely, attentive and welcoming! Lovely little cafe with a good atmosphere and would definitely go again!

I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, family and dog orientated establishment. The food was first class as was the coffee but the wow factor came from the staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. This is a charming cafe with homemade cakes and freshly cooked food to order. When we went it was really busy but that didn’t adversely affect the service or wait for our coffee or food. We will definitely be back.
