Extremely rude female staff with dark hair Seating on 2nd floor around 1pm When we finish, we are going to throw the trash on the bin while we aware that she was changing the plastic bag for the bin. Suddenly she screamed ‘Aaahhhh ‘ as if telling me not to throw trash on newly changed plastic bin But why should you shout? Are you incapable of making a proper communication with the customer? She didnt even apologize after that.

Went into the Crawley Branch at the Town Centre on Saturday 18th Oct 2025 at around 2pm. It was very busy - we placed our order on the self-service screen, and it was out of receipts available. So, my family and I sat down and waited. After a while of waiting, Tina came over and made sure our floor was clean and table was wiped, noticed we have yet to had our food and had been waiting a while. She went above and beyond to make sure she personally went and got our food and came and handed it to us. A huge thank you to her!

every single time we deliver they either forget our dips or part of out order! we’ve ordered food today, our drinks are missing, the big mac is wrong, no dips. then when we phone up no answer. this has happened on more than one occasion. appalling service
