I ordered a delivery for 3 people and I was one item short when i received my order. I contacted the shop straight away and after 5 minutes conversation they said they would redeliver the missing item. I said asked if I could have fresh chips as mine would be cold they said I would have to pay. I said that it was their fault and they should deliver them and I shouldn't have to pay. The person I was talking to was extremely rude on the phone and kept saying he would deliver a new kebab as soon as possible. I was in here after the England game, admittedly it was shortly before they closed but I went in at the same time as my other 2 friends, both were able to order the same thing I wanted, but it took me about 10 mins just to be asked what I want only to be told no it’s too late, even tho I’d been there the same amount of time as the other people waiting. WARNING: Health & safety horror – eat here at your own risk. I ordered a burger here and the moment I bit into it I knew something was wrong. It tasted mouldy and off, and I ended up throwing up while still at the table. This wasn’t “not to my taste” – my body literally rejected it. When we called the owner over, he showed zero concern. No apology, no offer to check the kitchen, no refund – just told me I “didn’t like the burger” and dismissed it. I found that attitude shocking for a place that serves food to the public.
