The coffee shop itself is okay, and I generally enjoy spending time here. It's easy to get carried away with work and lose track of time. However, I'm giving it two stars because I've received parking fines twice after forgetting to scan for the 90-minute parking extension. While I understand it's my responsibility, the parking setup makes longer visits stressful. For me, it's not worth visiting if I can't stay as long as I want without worrying about parking penalties.

I visit Costa Coffee often and usually order the Strawberry Frappé, which I really enjoy. This time I decided to try the new Mango Bubble Frappé. The staff member informed me that the bubbles were unavailable, which was fine with me, so I still placed the order. Unfortunately, the drink was very disappointing. It tasted like mostly crushed ice with very little milk or flavour. For £5.15, I expected a much better quality frappé, especially from a place I visit often. It honestly felt like I paid for a cup of ice rather than a proper drink.

I had never been to this drive thru costa and had great expectations, however I had ordered 2 drinks and the manager did not specify that putting a drizzle on the frappe was not available after we had paid. The manager and her colleague called Jasmine had an appalling attitude when we had made them aware that this information was not given when we had ordered our drink through the microphone. Jasmine had an attitude with us , raising her voice when we had addressed this situation. It is safe to safe I would not recommend this Costa Drive thru. 17/06/26 14:00

Nice decent place, but due to the crowd, the staff was overwhelmed. Overall, good service. Luckily we found it next to the travelodge we were staying. It's in a very convenient place that as you come out from travelodge to the carpark and its just there. Nice seating place with different layouts. There was a variety of sandwiches for both vegetarian and non veg. Nice collection of deserts 🏜 Helpful and friendly staff 😀
