Since it has been modernised it looks much better and the staff are much better too. I do not know about food so cannot comment but today it was shut due to maintenance. Hopefully won't be another permanent closure in what is a declining town centre and high street.

They never stock vegan food options. When I asked to take out a drizzle from a drink (because of a dairy allergy) they told me they can’t do it. When I advised I order this at other store with no problems, I was told to go there instead. Both young women were very rude and my allergies seemed to be an inconvenience to them. I ended up getting a drink that they would swap the milk for.
