The hotel kindly arranged a top-floor room with a lovely sea view over the North Sea. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was incredibly relaxing. The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the town centre and by the seaside. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and attentive service. Overall, it was a wonderfully relaxing seaside stay.

View was stunning, food was delicious but the service needs alot of work. Went to the bar and ordered a drink, asked if we could sit anywhere? Yes was the answer, no question of were we having food. Had to get our own menus, ordered the food - i questioned if the goats cheese burger was veggie as its not listed as veggie on the menu- which it is. All the food came out quite quickly. After eating, our finished plates sat in front of us for an hour until I moved them myself to a different table. Its the little things but they add up and make a difference to the dining experience.

A very welcoming hotel, the staff are friendly to humans and dogs alike. The room we stayed in was enormous and luxurious, with a pod coffee machine and a big bathroom. I subtracted one point because the bacon seemed a bit tired by 9am, the breakfast was otherwise OK and prompt.

One night stay at this lovely Hotel. Stayed in a room with a balcony. Friendly staff. Made to feel very welcome. Perfect location. Couldn't be any closer to the Sea and ideal for the high street shops too. Breakfast taken on our balcony in the sunshine. Wonderful. Lovely walk along the prom to Deal Castle. Well worth a visit.
