A modern and clean KFC, with fresh food and good service. The front of house is friendly and helpful and the food is clearly cooked fresh, and to order. I bought the Zinger stacker burger which was great and a portion of Kansas dip bites, which were decent. With extra dips, large fries, large drink, and a bottle of Tango, the bill came to just over £18.

Absolutely the worst KFC experience I’ve ever had. I visited the Denton Rock KFC around 8 PM, and the entire experience from start to finish was appalling. As we entered, a man slipped on a clearly wet floor and spilled four drinks. Shockingly, the staff stood and stared at him for a good minute before he had to ask them to replace his drinks — which they did, very reluctantly. Even more concerning: they made no effort to clean up the mess immediately, despite it being directly in front of the counter. Stopped by KFC and was really impressed, the food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and polite, which made the visit even better. I noticed their sign that says, “We feed truck drivers and millionaires at the same table.” I love that! Though it did make me wonder… why can’t a truck driver be a millionaire? Maybe after a few more buckets of chicken, I’ll figure it out. 😄 Great job, KFC, I’ll definitely be back!

Five stars for the amazing customer service! I was having trouble ordering a specific meal on the self-service screen. A lovely female staff member(Tolu) noticed and immediately walked over to help me out. She was incredibly friendly and professional. This experience showed me that KFC doesn’t just serve great food, but they also have a team that truly cares about their customers. Thank you so much!
