Wow this place is amazing. Me and my partner came to try. The customer service from the guy that served us was fantastic, really friendly and helpful. The desserts were not only affordable but absolutely delicious. Could not recommend this place more will definitely be back.

My 7-year-old nephew has a severe nut allergy. Before placing the order, we specifically asked the waitress who served us whether the Oreo waffle contained any nuts or traces of nuts. We were assured that it did not. While eating the waffle, my nephew suffered an allergic reaction. I immediately went to the counter to query the ingredients. The waitress appeared unsure and called a member of the kitchen staff, who informed us that Nutella had been mixed into the chocolate sauce drizzled over the waffle. This is completely unacceptable. ChocoBerry Derby is an amazing place for dessert lovers! The quality of the desserts is excellent, and everything tastes fresh and rich in flavour. The waffles and crepes are perfectly made, and the chocolate toppings are generous and delicious. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and quick with service, which makes the experience even better. The shop itself is clean, modern, and has a great vibe to sit and enjoy your dessert. Highly recommended if you’re in Derby and craving something sweet — I’ll definitely be visiting again!

English breakfast was high quality, fresh and had good flavours. Sausages taste banging! Desi breakfast is also very good but would be better with fresh pranteh. Red velvet latte is nice especially if you like your coffee sweet. French toast is well presented as always, a little dry, but overall very nice. Service is good. Overall seating area is small but for Derby it's up there in the rankings for breakfast.
