Genuinely useless. Coffee machine is broken every other week. Often fail to open on time. When they open it’s always clear the staff didn’t get there in time, instead of processing your order they’ll just leave you standing there while they put croissants out or disappear out back to turn music on.

Popped in with my mother in law today. First time visiting a Starbucks and will definitely be the last in this one. Service not great, didn't see to know what they were doing and the place was dirty. Needs a good clean throughout.

I wanted to sit in but the store was filthy. There was no way the floor was in that state by 1pm on a saturday, it clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The bin is overflowing, every table and bench seat is full of crumbs. They clearly a review of staffing levels. Got a takeout and sat in the car instead.

Started work at 4am and all I wanted was an Americano black no milk and they didn’t have any!!! I was so tired after an 8 shift I didn’t question the staff member, so they do every other coffee but couldn’t make me an Americano, so went to Costa just up the road, I had to queue but worth the wait, that is probably why they are the only coffee shop in the area with seats available at this busy time of year. Definitely will not be returning.
