Came in for lunch just before 12.00 on Sunday. There were a few people inside but it was not crowded and got served straight away. I had halloumi fries and chicken wrap. My wife had a small fish and chips. Overall extremely good value. I paid £12.45 for a bottle of Pinot Grigio. I normally pay around £18 to £20 in Didsbury. One restaurant was even charging £28 for a bottle. We shall definitely be coming back here again. I did check the menu somebody had put on Google about 3 years ago but there has been some changes - they no longer do the grilled half chicken. Uploaded the current menu today.

It was lovely. Small carpark which is rare for a spoons so that was nice. The staff were friendly and one even had a joke with us, top bloke. The food didn't take long and was the nicest you could expect from a spoons but also delicious in general. The atmosphere is about what you can expect from a small pub to be honest, not much to say about that. I would definitely recommend and we will go again if we are in the area

Think my meat all day breakfast was swapped for a vegan one. Also put £2 in the machine(they confirmed it should recognise) and it didn’t come up , didn’t get a refund and said they couldn’t open it up to check as they would have to call someone. Only thing they could do was reboot to possibly show, and if not close it. Which as soon as I leave , they’ll probably turn back on.

Called in for breakfast with my wife this morning. Superb menu and real value for money. After waiting for well over 30 minutes my wife's veggie breakfast and my full English arrived. The fried eggs were stone cold and the beans bacon and sausages were barely luke warm. The only thing hot on the plates were the hash browns. How kitchen staff can let food out of the kitchen in that state is not an oversight - its just downright unacceptable and a poor show. A lady member of staff did have the courtesy to stop by and ask if the meals were OK and offered a refund after me advising how cold the fo
