Our first time at Wendy’s on Kingwood. We were greeted by a lovely member of staff called Rachael. She was incredibly helpful in guiding us to the play area and we were able to watch our granddaughter play in the soft play area - Rachael even brought out food through and took the rubbish away for us. The place was lovely and clean and we were served our food very quickly. Great first experience in Wendy’s Kingswood Hull. Thanks

Rachel was extremely full on, in our faces with reviews, felt like we couldn't leave until we'd left a 5 star review. Saw other customers looking extremely uncomfortable as she'd go around asking everyone to add her to their reviews. Sickeningly energetic in a scary, uncomfortable way. Left very fast and even when leaving made sure she wasn't on the shop floor to do so as we were worried we'd get cornered by her again. Other staff behind the till who made our food were lovely and I have no faults for any of them.

My recent visit to Wendy's in Hull offered a mixed bag experience. On the plus side, the food itself was undeniably tasty. My burger was juicy and flavourful, and the fries were crisp and well-seasoned. In terms of value, I'd say it sits comfortably in the "okay" range – not the cheapest fast food option, but certainly not overpriced for the quality of the main items. However, the service left something to be desired. While the order was prepared quickly, a significant oversight occurred.
