Came here and ordered the koobideh with rice… and yeah, this hit properly. Meat was cooked spot on — juicy, proper flavour, not dry like most places. You can tell it’s done fresh, not rushed. Rice was light, fluffy, with that saffron on top — simple but done right. Salad on the side was fresh, gave it a nice balance, and the grilled tomato just topped it off. Sauces were decent too, especially with the meat. Portion size is solid — you’re not leaving hungry. Proper meal.
