Me and my partner love Greggs however whenever we have ordered from this location a fair few times over the past month as it is our local store and every time we have ordered with this site there is always half the order missing or many items missing or we receive items we didn’t order, we don’t live too far from this site and it takes over an hour to get to us and it’s usually cold by the time it gets to us. I understand that when it’s busy it will take longer and drivers aren’t always available straight away to get here however to be waiting over an hour for food that’s pretty much ready to

Just wanted to say how lovely one of the staff is at the Eastleigh branch of Greggs. Maisie is always smiling and as I work in hospitality myself I know when I am receiving excellent customer service.

Initially ordered a delivery from the Eastleigh store, all was well until a staff member called on her mobile to say they were out of some items - we began to rectify this and whilst on mute (discussing the change in order ourselves) the female staff member said down the phone “she’s put the phone down on me”. We had not… it was on mute. Absolutely diabolical service from the get go. We waited 1hr 15 mins for our delivery, for it to still be completely wrong! The newly agreed order was completely different and we had been given food with nuts in with no knowing so… not great if you’ve got all

The food would be great if they ever had it in stock, especially online orders where half the menu is "Sold out".
