A part from the nice views The service in this coffee shop needs to be improved. The staff attitude sucks. I m a regular customer in this coffee shop never got a thank you or a smile . I always pay for my order but I feel like I'm asking for it for free I'm starting to think about going somewhere else. Enjoying my coffee is more important than looking at a nice views.

On a really hot day I called into Costa, as I had just arrived at Edinburgh Waverley. Excellent coffee, staff were great. I walk with a crutch and the lad who served me offered to bring my coffee to the table. Really thoughtful and appreciated. Thank you. The venue was very clean, nice and airie. Good place to just call into.

This establishment was absolutely fine. I had been drenched all day so this was a welcome relief from the rain. There are eat in or takeaway options. The staff were great and my order came quickly. Also they take cash which seems to be a rare commodity these days. If you need the loo the toilets are situated in the shopping mall which charges 30p to use.
