Terrible value for money if you are just a gym goer - in fact not a great gym overall The staff at the gates are rarely friendly to begin with. The facility operates on a gate system where you have to scan the QR code to enter. However, telephone signals here are close to nothing (1 bar) and the WiFi is also a pain, so people often get stuck at the gate and the receptionist has to get your full name to allow entry. Alternatively, you can pay for £3 for the fob - so what exactly is the joining fee for? The gym area is also tiny given how big the facility is, and overall not worth the price. T

Overall not a bad gym. New modern building. However the gate system isn’t very efficient as you are waiting for a long while for the app to load before you can scan to enter. Overall cleanliness is okay however could do with a bit more in the changing rooms and spa. The spa facilities are very nice the sauna is very good along with the steam room. Shame that there is a booking system on the spa and you can’t turn up and go in as sometimes the times are a little inconvenient. However would be nice if a few more things were added in the spa. Overall, Egham Orbit is worthy of a good review. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, the gym is well equipped and has a good atmosphere, for what it is the spa is good and the classes I have attended are great. Though it does have a few areas that it falls short. Cleanliness could be improved. Litter in the changing rooms, and the glass doors in the spa's sauna and Steam room have had the same filthy smears on them for weeks. Maintenance in the spa is inadequate with spa jets not functional, the clock going missing and other small details that say a lot about less care being shown t
