Omg !!!! Don't really know what to say. Just see the pics think that explains it all. Service was shocking. Called my number and then gave me the drink cups and made to wait another 6 mins for the food.

Worst Burger King experience I’ve ever had. •The food was cold and tasted old. •I ordered a Double Whopper but was given the single one instead. •After 9:30 pm, they wouldn’t let us sit at the tables. If seating isn’t available, they should clearly announce it in advance—or close the dining area and make it drive-thru only. •They didn’t provide napkins, sauces, or anything. •The cashier’s attitude was extremely rude and spoke to us as if we were bothering her, not paying customers. COLD, DRY, STALE, NOT FRESH BURGERS Egham drive through has gone downhill badly. Few years back I used to enjoy fresh juicy burgers from here. The last several times I’ve been here, the burgers have been cold, dry, and clearly not fresh. Even when eaten immediately, the food tastes like it was cooked long ago and left sitting around. My order is ready before I even reach the payment window, which makes it obvious that nothing is being cooked to order. Convenient location, plenty of space inside. Probably the weirdest looking Burger King I’ve ever seen, definitely looks like a conversion of a pub which makes the drive thru and one-way car parking tight and a little confusing. Inside is clean and the toilets were good. Service was good, but incredibly slow for fast food. We were waiting nearly 15 minutes for our food as well as a few others around us that had been waiting quite a while too. It wasn’t super busy, so I’m unsure how they handle busier periods.
