Customer team member Debbie has the wost customer service, she is rude. She wont even put marshmallows in a separate cup for a childs hot chocolate and purposely puts it in the drink when this is requested not to happen. Asked for takeaway cups as we do not like the large mugs for sitting it, only for Debbie to pass judgement and tell us that we can't even though any other costa will allow this. Went to strabucks in the end and got takeaway cups no problem. Debbie brings the costa down and ive always encountered issues with her when being in this costa.

This is a busy Costa, but is quite large so we found a seat easily enough!. The toilets were clean and a we spent a goood hour there, The food was great and the coffee (as you would expect) even better! Highly recommend.

Customer care is not a priority at this location. Very brutish and blunt service with little to no consideration. I went to grab a coffee lid which was situated facing the customers. I was met with an employee telling me it’s “not help yourself” and gave me a negative attitude and very unhelpful. I apologised and he said “you don’t even have the right size” which I found degrading and unnecessary. Another member of the public after this event said don’t worry about it, he was really rude just there.

It's difficult to be perfect making coffee however I watched the barista tamp hugely at an angle, and I think my coffee ran for about 6-8 seconds. I don't know if it was the tamp or the grind. Poor. You guys know how long a shot should run for and this is cutting corners. Have some standards and pride in your product. Coffee has barely any flavour as a result. Some retraining definitely needed. I complained. The second coffee much stronger tasting so well done on getting it right the second time.
