I am visiting elgin on business and this is the 2nd time ive used this restaurant and the service and attitude of the staff have been a disgrace both times but I thought I'd give it a second chance but never again . Very rude and unhelpful with no customer service at all!! This is the last time I will be using this branch ......I love dominos but would rather take my money elsewhere tbh to get better service!!!

I wasn't sure if the shop was open as it looked abandoned, with the store front covered in weeds... But it was open and the staff were helpful and courteous... I would have given it 5 stars but because of the appearance of the front of the store...

My kids like pizza and cookies from dominos so every now and then i order, my past 3 orders have now been wrong, first two times i called the person had my pizza remade and i gave them the wrong pizza back this 3rd time now i really cannot be bothered anymore think its the last time i order if a simple order cant even be done along with missing items aswell, order note stated please make sure order is correct as its always wrong, but still order wrong and missing items. I worked in dominos for years so know how it works its not hard to read toppings off a screen and the person at the oven shou
