They forgot to add fries and when I called, he blamed the driver for hurrying rather than admitting he didnt check before giving it to him. The burgers were burnt. The franzos in walthamstow is good but the enfield branch has done this to us multiple times now.

I've usually gone to the ilford branch. This one is a franchise and the food tastes great. Its the exact same flavours. Good number of seating, nice modern decor with a rustic finish. We were served by Emma, who was very friendly, attentive and courteous. Food arrived in good time. We tried the mock tails which were really fresh and tasty. Definitely a great place to eat. Highly recommended.

My friend and I opened our fast here. The food was perfect but what was amazing was the customer service. It was actually one of the best customer services I've had in years. Nick was super polite and even sped up our order to give us a starter asap as we only had a few minutes to open our fast and we ordered late. Would definitely recommend and appreciate how Nick made the evening feel special.
