The woman at the cashier was very interested. I wanted white mocha and pistachio roll. It was soft, there was already one left. It’s expensive but I haven’t been to Starbucks for a long time, I’m relieved.

Usually, the drinks at Starbucks are quite good, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Today, we were in a bit of a rush, and there was only one person taking orders and one person making drinks. We specifically ordered two grande iced drinks: an iced latte with cold cream foam and a white chocolate matcha. When the drinks were handed to us, they came in tall cups, which are smaller than what we had ordered. I immediately pointed this out and said that these weren’t the sizes we had asked for. I placed a mobile order on June 13th at 5:33pm and arrived promptly a few minutes later. There was only one member of staff and he served 6 customers (who all ordered AFTER I arrived) and made all their drinks first before mine. I waited 15 minutes for a mobile order that said it would be ready in 5-7 minutes. What is the point of a mobile order if it takes longer than ordering when you arrive?

While on holiday from The States to visit family and see London, this Starbucks has been the absolute best. The staff are incredibly kind and gracious (especially the tall one with cool glasses) and the tea is hot. I can do work there and plan my travels. Seems like more than a few wait for this bus inside and loiter a bit, and they don’t seem to mind. I’d really like to tip the staff, but I’ve been told that’s rude here. And as a guy that runs a business back home, I’d hire every single one of these folks. I really can’t say enough good things.
