Today after trekking 20 kms from Cookham in the rain and mud on the Thames path, we headed to Costs for a warm drink & bite to eat. The young staff there were so lovely and the place was so clean. As we went to leave we realised how much mud we had traipsed in… when we mentioned it and said how sorry we were, the young woman said thanks for letting me know, I’ll sweep it up, it’s not a problem. Thanks, from two Aussie 🇦🇺 trekkers

A lovely Costa with a beautiful sitting area out the back near the river! The food options were limited, hence only 4 stars and the sausage bap was disappointing, but the drinks were nice and the staff provided excellent friendly service. Great location
