First visit to Ole & Steen. The coffee was good and the pastries looked excellent, though I didn’t try one on this visit. Overall experience didn’t quite live up to expectations, a lot of uncleared tables and also some confusion around a promotional offer for free Cinnamon social when signing up as a new customer. I scanned a QR code from a pamphlet on the counter to set up an account while waiting in the queue, only to be told at the till that I’d downloaded the “wrong” app and would need to come back another time...

Stopped by Ole & Steen in Windsor and tried the chai latte and pistachio latte, along with a cinnamon bun and a cinnamon ..... The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the visit pleasant. The pistachio latte was decent, and the chai latte was okay, though it didn’t stand out compared to what we’ve had elsewhere. The cinnamon bun and cinnamon roll were fresh, but the cinnamon bun was quite sweet for our taste. Overall, a nice bakery with good service, but we found the bakery items and chai to be just okay. Still worth a visit if you’re nearby and want to try it for yourself.

My favourite coffee shop and lunch place in Windsor - I was served by Ripy who makes the best lattes!💛 Ripy always serves with such warm and kind energy. Also working today is Owies who is doing a great service. Salmon roll is the perfect lunch ✨️✨️
