Delicious, fresh and friendly visit to Buongiorno Cafe. From the moment I arrived, it felt like stepping into the traditional town of Valenza in Northern Italy - a perfect little trattoria with authentic staff (from the region) combined with the restaurant's own modern touches. I ordered the inventive smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on fresh focaccia - simply delizioso. The flavours were beautifully balanced, the focaccia soft, warm and fragrant, and everything tasted wonderfully fresh and homemade. This is a lovely place to go for lunch or even just coffee & cake. There is a great menu but I never need it as whenever we stop for lunch, I always just choose what's on special, As I am never disappointed. The staff are always friendly and attentive and able to help with what is on offer. More offen than not, we stop here for a take away coffee and some cannoli for a sweet treat. I cannot recommend this venue enough if you love Italian food. Maybe even practice your Italian?

Went on an unplanned visit on a Sunday. Three pizzas, on pasta drink and a pudding (honeycomb cake). All good pizza base was very good and sausage in the pasta very tasty with the pasta cooked very well. Cake was excellent. Service excellent and not overwhelming. Also excellent price. Definitely worth a trip.
