Been to this shop 5 times in the last few months and every single thing I’ve wanted is out of stock! Today no cushion pads; the wool section is empty; no needle cord; limited zips and a total don’t care attitude from the staff who always just say they’re waiting for stock! Whole shop is deserted and empty of stock and looks like a closing down sale! I’ve tried to keep local shops in business but right now I give up and am off to Amazon…avoid this shop!

Terrible service again in the cafe . Closed the kitchen at 2.45 and wouldn’t make a cold sandwich, despite sign saying no HOT food after 3.00. Hoovering cafe whilst customers still there and had to remind them to get our coffee, An old couple also came in at 2.50 and they wouldn’t make a sandwich as ‘we have put everything away’ The cafe doesn’t close until 4.00. Why is everything closed down at 2.45

Decent selection of supplies. Prices are quite high compared to other suppliers especially on unbranded goods . People wondering why local shops die is because they price themselves out on crap quality supplies ...

Tried to order a cold sandwich at 2.40 when the sign said hot food is served until 3. I was told everything had already been put away in the kitchen so only cakes were available! I queried this but the staff member was sullen and unhelpful. Will not visit again.
