"Specialty Coffee Roaster" that serves V60 at the table, didn't use any scale or timer for the coffee or water. Guy literally added a few spoons of ground coffee (without weighing) into the V60 and brought it to the table and asked if I wanted him to start the pour for me. I said yes (being all confused) and he proceeded to do his best attempt to bloom (completely eyeballed it) then left the kettle with me without saying anything else. Will not be back.
